The process

The process below details the complete process of Franchise Agreement:

1. Preliminary Enquiry Form.
2. If you meet the criteria, further process will be conducted.
3. You need to look for a shop in High Street location, shopping centres and other approved premises.
4. After deciding the location of the business, meeting with the franchisor will be conducted.
5. Have the Franchisee Legal Agreement reviewed and explained to you by your lawyer.
6. Make a business plan with your bank and seek for the approval of Franchisor.
7. Arrange with your bank the required finances for commencement of the business.
8. Arrange business banking facilities.
9. Register for VAT.
10. Sign and return the Franchise Legal Agreement.
11. Confirm the date for your induction and training course.
12. Ensure that the business is insured and submit the proof of insurance to us.

Who can open a franchise?

Eggless Cake Shop franchises are available to sole traders who have the skill, drive and desire to open a successful cake business following a proven business model.

I don't have any experience in cakes. Can I open a franchise?

Yes! Our franchise program offers full training on how to create all of our wonderful cream cakes and instore products, as well as a basic training in iced cakes. We will make sure that you are well equipped in how to make all of our signature cakes before your grand opening.

I have a shop already. Can I convert it into an Eggless Cake Shop franchise?

Yes As long as your shop is large enough and is in a suitable location, we can discuss the redevelopment of your existing shop into your new franchise.

Can other franchises of Eggless Cake Shop open up near to my shop?

No. We have strict guidelines as to where your nearest Eggless Cake Shop can open. We will define your designated area and will not allow another franchisee to open within your area.

I'm worried about capital. Help!

Our franchises are set at a competitive fee of $350.000 We recommend sourcing a minimum of 60% yourself and gaining the outstanding percentage from a bank or building society. You can get more information from our franchise manager about funding, and we have excellent contacts at the bank who can offer you further financial direction.
